This page is
dedicated to those little things that make our 3D work easier and more realistic.
I'm talking about textures. All the textures below are created by me, so there are no
copyright
issues here. Just download them and use them. If you make something nice with them
let me know.
If by any chance you need any of the images at a higher resolution
don't hesitate to contact me, and I'll see what I can do. |

Marble Tiles
(771x382 JPEG)Seamlessly tileable texture
created from a photo. Great texture
for floors with reflection. Get it while it's still here.

Grey Marble
(600x390 JPEG)Another marble texture. I
really enjoy working with marble on
my 3D scenes, that's why I've got tones of marble textures. This
one is not tileable though. |

Stucco Wall
(600x388 JPEG)
You never know when you're gonna need one of these.
They are quite useful and add incredible detail to simple
planar surfaces. Must have.

Rusty Metal Plate
(600x389 JPEG)We're talking about seriously
rusty metal here. I thought it would
make a great texture althought it's not for everyday use. |

Old Wood Planks
(600x380 JPEG)Nice wood texture from a photo
I took on my recent journey to the gorgeous island of Rhodes. Admit it, computer made wood
textures don't look realistic so I always rely on good natural textures like this one. |

Rocky Wall
(600x354 JPEG)This was taken outside the
Knights' Castle on my recent journey to the island of Rhodes. If you happen to visit
Rhodes make sure you take a decent camera with you. This place is full of textures like
this (Medieval castles made with rock and marble e.t.c.) |

|
Scratched Metal
(600x396 JPEG)Another texture photographed
in Rhodes. Not exactly easy to work with (since the lighting wasn't ideal), but very
useful. Metal is really difficult to photograph since it's not the colour that matters but
the actual texture of the surface. Needless to say that you're gonna need nice bump and
specular maps to show it's strength. |

Scratched Metal (2)
(600x378 JPEG)The above explanation applies
here too. |
